How are the meals packaged?
All meals are packed in convenient 24oz containers that help maintain freshness and make reheating easy.
Are your meals fresh or frozen?
Our meals are delivered fresh, never frozen, and ready to heat and enjoy. For your convenience, meals can also be frozen for later use.
Heating
How do I heat the meals?
Meals come fully cooked. Simply microwave for 2–3 minutes, or until heated through. Heating times may vary depending on your appliance.
How long do the meals last?
Meals remain fresh in the refrigerator for up to 5 days. You can also freeze them to extend their shelf life.
Delivery
When will my meals be delivered?
We deliver fresh meals every Sunday between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM.
Do you deliver to my area?
We currently deliver within a 50-mile radius of Harrisburg, NC, including Charlotte, Concord, Huntersville, Matthews, Mint Hill, Kannapolis, and surrounding areas.
Is there a delivery cost?
Delivery fees are based on distance:
• 0–10 miles: $5.99 per order
• 11–20 miles: $10.99 per order
• 21–30 miles: $15.99 per order
• 31–40 miles: $20.99 per order
• 41–50 miles: $25.99 per order
Free delivery is available on orders over $100 within 15 miles.
